These terms govern the use of this website and the Cargo Flow Systems platform, provided by Cargo Flow Systems. By using them you agree to these terms. If your company signed an order form or contract with us, that document prevails over these terms.
The service
Cargo Flow Systems is a cloud platform for warehouse operations offered by monthly subscription. The modules enabled for each warehouse are those agreed in your plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity of the users you invite. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes, try to access data that is not yours, interfere with the service, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
Your data
The information you and your clients load into the platform belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can export it at any time during your subscription.
Text messages
If you enable SMS or WhatsApp notifications, you are responsible for obtaining the consent of the drivers and visitors you message. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Plans and fees
Prices are shown in US dollars per month and may change with prior notice. Fees are charged as agreed in your plan and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the event that caused the claim.
Termination
You can cancel your subscription at the end of any billing period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After cancellation you can request an export of your data for 30 days.
